When one of the most revered names in spas decided to update their brand without losing their zen, they turned to slover [AND] company. Our first task was to give this icon a thoroughly modern presence on the web. We started with brand-appropriate tone and manner, which informed every aspect of our work.
Then we wrote the entire site, from brand positioning to class course descriptions. Next came wireframes and design. And then, three days of photography and videography, to create a library of visual assets. Finally, working with a technical partner, responsive programming with an e-commerce platform and an integrated booking engine. Ahhhhh.....
WITH 600 ACRES OF ARRESTING NATURE SURROUNDING THE SPA, GUESTS NEED A MAP TO ENJOY IT ALL. WORKING WITH AN EXTRAORDINARY MAPMAKER, WE CREATED A MAP...AND ADDED TO THE SPA'S EXCEPTIONAL ART COLLECTION IN THE PROCESS.
THE MAGIC OF THE GOLDEN DOOR SPAS HAS ALWAYS BEEN SYMBOLIZED BY THE DOORS THEMSELVES.
ON THE WEB, WHEN GUESTS SIGN INTO THEIR PERSONAL ACCOUNTS, THE DOORS SAY "WELCOME."
THE SITE IS EASILY UPDATED THROUGH AN EXPANSIVE AND HIGHLY ADAPTABLE CONTENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM CONTROLLED BY TEMPLATES. IT'S SYSTEMIZATION THAT DOESN'T LOOK LIKE SYSTEMATIZED.
AS IMPORTANT AS THE WEBSITE IS TO GOLDEN DOOR'S MARKETING AND OUTREACH, THE POWER OF TOUCH LIVES AT THE HEART OF THE EXPERIENCE. THANKS TO OUR RETAIL BRANDING PROGRAM, GUESTS CAN TAKE THE SPA HOME WITH THEM, AND FEEL THE BRAND IN THE PALM OF THEIR OWN HANDS.
